2009 Tournament

The 2009 Trading Agent Competition was completed in July 2009. TAC-09 featured three games: the supply chain management (SCM), market design (reverse TAC, or “CAT”), and Ad Auction (AA) games. Preliminary rounds began in June 2009, involving 42 teams (13 in SCM, 14 in CAT, and 15 in the new AA game) from 14 countries. A full list of participating teams is available.

2008 Tournament

The 2008 Trading Agent Competition was completed in July 2008. TAC-08 featured two games: the supply chain management (SCM), and market design (reverse TAC, or “CAT”) games. Preliminary rounds began in June 2008, involving 32 teams (14 in SCM, 11 in CAT, and 7 total for the two SCM challenges) from 10 countries. A full list of participating teams is available.
