2009 Student Scholarship

Student Travel Scholarships for TAC 2009
Thanks to generous support from corporate sponsors, TAC-09 can offer limited travel scholarships for selected participating students to attend the final tournament at IJCAI in Pasadena. To apply, please send the following information to tac@tradingagents.org:
- Your name
- Name of TAC entry, and your role on that team
- University affiliation
- Student status (e.g., “PhD candidate in Computer Science”)
- Name and e-mail address of faculty advisor
Please also ask your advisor to send a brief e-mail statement (also to tac@tradingagents.org) certifying your student status and recommending you for a TAC-09 travel scholarship.
The deadline for applications is 5 June. Applicants will be notified by 12 June.
Students receiving travel scholarships will be required to register for the TADA workshop, and submit travel receipts for the amount of the scholarship for reimbursement following the conference.
